Workshops and Events

Spring is the season and phase of new beginnings, growth and transformation. As we begin to move from the dormancy of winter season we can can plant our seeds or intentions and nourish them by embodying the wood element qualities in TCM which are strong, stable, persistent and full of potential. Use this slow and introspective practice to release deep tension and bring clarity on what seeds your planting. Feed these seeds with prana so they bloom into their fullest expression.

In this workshop you will be guided through a yin yoga practice to focus on the connective tissues in the body to release stress and tension and open up space for healing high vibrational energy, also known as Reiki. We will finish with a 30 min Yoga nidra guided experience to deeply relax and reset your nervous system and a sound bath with crystal bowls.
