Liberated Rest to Awaken to Love: Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Sound Healing Journey At Soul Plunge

“Unwind, release, and restore with a powerful blend of Yin Yoga, Reiki and Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing. Give yourself the gift of stillness and deep relaxation that enables a profound, deeper connection with your heart and your true self.”
✨Yin Yoga - is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods (3-5 minutes or longer) to target deep connective tissues like ligaments and fascia, promoting relaxation, increased flexibility, and improved energy flow in the energetic channels.
✨Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation practice that takes you into a profound state of deep relaxation, reducing stress and promoting healing.
✨Reiki - A form of energy work from Japan that channels universal spiritually guided energy to promote balance and healing. Receiving consensual hands-on Reiki can enhance the relaxation and healing effects of Yin Yoga creating a deeply restorative experience.
What to Expect: Kristi will guide you through gentle relaxing breathwork to help you fully arrive and settle into the space. From there, we’ll transition into a Yin yoga practice, where I will offer hands-on Reiki healing to each individual to enhance relaxation and healing. After about an hour, we will transition into Yoga Nidra, a practice that facilitates deep relaxation and allows for quieting the mind and cultivating new, powerful healing intentions.We will finish with a gentle sound bath using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Experiencing this blend of practices promotes deep rest and relaxation and can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and overall better health and wellbeing. While also liberating you from things that are no longer serving you to dive deeper below the surface and become more aware and connected to your true nature.
