Energy work
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Private Energy Work Sessions
A full body Reiki session, blended with Intuitive guidance, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystals, Oracle card reading and energy release techniques to remove blockages and emotions that are no longer serving you. Each session will begin with intention setting on what you would like to focus on during the treatment and also anything you are ready to release.

Distance Reiki session
Your Distance Reiki Healing Session with Kristi will provide restoration in both the physical body and also the energetic body. We will focus on each chakra (energy center in the body) to clear any blocked energy promoting an energetic + emotional release to accelerate healing. You will leave feeling lighter and clear.
full Reiki session can all be done at a distance if you do not reside in San Diego.

Private Yoga class and or Sound healing
Be guided through an integrative healing experience including yoga, meditation, sound healing and reiki led by Kristi who is an experienced yoga teacher, Reiki master and sound healer. Your class will be sequenced to meet your personal needs and Intentions. namaste!
