This guided meditation is an invitation to soften, settle, and return to yourself. There’s nothing you need to do or fix, simply allow this practice to meet you where you are.

You may wish to find a comfortable place to lie down, and give yourself permission to rest fully. Create a cozy nest for yourself with pillows, blankets, an eye mask, or anything that helps you drop in and fully receive.

You’re welcome to return to this practice anytime. Some people like to listen before sleep, others during the day when they need a pause. Trust what feels most supportive for you.
